At Keoolix, we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. Please read our cancellation terms below.
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours.
To cancel, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID.
If the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If the package has already left our facility, you may choose to refuse the delivery upon arrival.
Once the package returns to us, we will process your refund after deducting any applicable shipping charges.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be credited back to your original source of payment (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI) within 5-7 business days.
COD Orders: No refund is required as no payment was made.
