1. Return Eligibility
Due to the personal nature of hair care products, we maintain a strict hygiene policy. We do not accept returns for used or opened products.
Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
Damaged Product: The product arrived broken, leaking, or damaged.
Wrong Item: You received a product different from what you ordered.
Expired Product: The product delivered has passed its expiration date.
2. Timeframe for Returns
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Attach clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damage or issue.
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is picked up/received by us:
We will inspect the product to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refund Methods:
Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment source.
Cash on Delivery (COD): We will request your bank account details or UPI ID to transfer the refund amount.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Products that have been opened or used.
Items without original packaging or labels.
Free gifts or promotional items included with the order.
