At Keoolix, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Locations
We ship to all major pin codes across India. Currently, we do not ship internationally.
2. Dispatch Time
We understand you are eager to receive your products. We strive to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of order placement.
Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:
Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
Remote Locations: 7-10 business days (depending on courier serviceability).
Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a Tracking ID and a link to track your package. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery.
5. Non-Delivery & RTO
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you or if you are unavailable to receive it:
The package will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).
We will contact you to arrange a re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund after deducting the shipping cost.
6. Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it. Return it to the delivery personnel immediately and contact our customer support.
